Is this an official FlixBus product?
No. Bustempo is an independent, unofficial project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Flix SE, FlixBus, FlixTrain or any other operator. All trademarks belong to their owners.
Where does the data come from?
From the same publicly reachable endpoints that power the official "Track my bus" page. We record positions and per-stop delays over time; the reliability statistics, alerts and certificates are derived from that archive.
How accurate are delays and certificates?
As accurate as the operator’s own live feed. Roughly 5–10% of rides report no deviation data and are excluded. A delay certificate documents what the feed reported for a ride; it is supporting evidence, not an official statement by the operator.
How do I sign in?
With your email only. We send you a one-time link; there is no password to remember.
How do I cancel?
Any time from your account page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then falls back to Free. No questions asked.
Do you offer refunds?
If something did not work as described, email us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards, SEPA direct debit and the local methods supported by Stripe, which processes all payments. We never see or store your card details.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is the trial: the live map, three alerts and certificate previews are free without time limit. Upgrade only when you need more.
